"Virgin hair" requests that the hair has not been artificially colored or commercially processed.Virgin hair is obtained by a careful process whereby the hair is gently tied off in order to maintain the direction of the hair "cuticle" and then it's cut. Once the hair is professionally cut (and, carefully collected) it is then sewn on a weft, pre-bonded and turned into wigs.
"Remy" is a word applied to human hair when "close to" a mass of strands which are placed together with all of the roots of the hair in one direction only, and the hair tip to the opposing end. In most cases, Remy hair will last significantly longer than say: "non-remi" and will tend to remain full of life, naturally shiny and of course, "tangle free". This is due to the fact that each and every single strand of hair is skin cells bonded in mulitple layers which constantly overlap one another.
Hope it helps!
